Walk for Phil

Save the date (and start training now!) April 27th we will again embark on another 24km walk from Moonee Vally Racecourse to Caulfield where we undo all our good work over a magnificent feast (and yes drinks also!) supplied by our major sponsors MRC FOUNDATION! This year we have also included a family leg of 8kms so the kiddies can be part of the day also!
It is a great honor to continue to work along side Very Special Kids in a tribute to the late Phil Sly who was the greatest supporter of both our charities. We know Phil would be so proud to see how this wonderful event has grown and what an impact the fundraising has had on those in need.

          Rotary Personal Care Pack Project

From little things, big things grow… and don’t we know that!!

In December The Rotary Club of Preston began collaborating with us to create ‘The Personal Care Pack Program’ focused on reaching all the otherwise forgotten regional and rural towns of Vic/NSW leaning on the incredible far-and-wide network of both Rotary and Lions.

In a few short months we have put near on 100K products into these communities with the project set to expand into other states in the coming months.

This significant project needs to very rapidly expand to meet the needs of the disadvantaged and reinforces the importance of your continued pinching efforts.
